Great advice as usual,Susan !!!!!  you also have to realize by later on in the afternoon and evening you have ate and drank all day long so naturally you could be as much as 3 to 5 lbs more.  Also no two scales weigh you the same period.  Also Depends on what time your Dr.'s appt is to, in the morning or afternoon.
Your morning weight should also be your true weight.jmo
