ok I feel much better. I am a bad girl though I weight every morning. But I like doing that and I don't get discourage- so that's Just me. But I will start tracking like every Sat on a piece of paper. That is sooo true the example you gave. Hmmm. That's why they say you give Great advise.

i started phen august 5th and i go back to the dr in a month.he doesnt want me to weigh myself until then.its been hard not to but i havent.

Air pressure...hahaha! I should have used a better term. In my house, females don't have gas..ever..though we have been known to 'fluff'.

Ash...Good! Are you staying on a particular kind of diet? How has your eating changed? Be sure and write down every single thing you eat and drink. I think it's a key element of weight loss... we have to be able to face our foes.

Great advice as usual,Susan !!!!! you also have to realize by later on in the afternoon and evening you have ate and drank all day long so naturally you could be as much as 3 to 5 lbs more. Also no two scales weigh you the same period. Also Depends on what time your Dr.'s appt is to, in the morning or afternoon.

Your morning weight should also be your true weight.jmo
