This was a great idea to post such important info.  alot of ppl do not understand how important getting enough water in normally and how much it really helps with the weightloss.
I mean, it's great for the skin,It's a natural appetite supressant,helps with weightloss,Flushes out toxins,helps with digestion,helps with water bloating just to name a few.
