1. Drinking Water Maintains the Balance of Fluids in Your Body You are 60% water. Your fluids include creating saliva for digestion, absorption of vital nutrients, circulation of blood and liquids throughout the body tissues, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintaining temperature.
Your brain radios the body exactly how much water to hold onto and how much to get rid of according to a delicate balance system. We need to keep these body tissues saturated so that they do not hold onto water the body thinks it needs, thus causing retention it doesn’t truly have need of.
When you're low on fluids, the brain triggers the body's thirst mechanism. Don’t give it a chance. Drink water before you get thirsty.
2. Water Can Offer Appetite Control when you choose it over a drink with calories.
Choose water—rich foods with high water content. It tends to look larger as its higher volume requires more chewing and appeals to the senses as being larger. Broccoli, Cabbage, Squash, Berries, etc, that sort of food is absorbed more slowly and helps you feel full. Add broth-based soups, oatmeal and grains that absorb water; give yourself a few minutes and voila! FULL!.
3. Water keeps muscle cells healthy. (American College of Sports Medicine guidelines for fluid intake before and during physical activity). They say that people should drink 17 oz. fluid about 2 hours before exercise. During exercise, they say people should start drinking fluids early, and drink them at regular intervals to replace fluids lost by sweating.
4. Water Helps Your Kidneys. Body fluids move waste products; the main toxin in the body is excreted in the urine. If you do not get enough water, urine concentration, color, and odor increases because the kidneys trap extra fluid for bodily functions. And if you consistently drink too little, you may be at higher risk of disease and kidney stones (YIKES).
5. Water Helps Maintain Normal Bowel Function. Yep..if you don’t drink enough water, the bowel pulls it from the other parts of the body and you wind up with hard, impacted stool. Ouch.

2. Because 20% of our fluids comes from foods, eat more fruits and veges that have high water content

3. Choose drinks meet your .. go for non-caloric beverages or water; keep some in the frig, in your desk, etc.

This was a great idea to post such important info. alot of ppl do not understand how important getting enough water in normally and how much it really helps with the weightloss.

I mean, it's great for the skin,It's a natural appetite supressant,helps with weightloss,Flushes out toxins,helps with digestion,helps with water bloating just to name a few.
