Ok, I don't get it.... I thought that I was eating all the right things or whatever but why do I always feel hungry a few hours later after eating good example
what I had for breakfast today
1 double fiber whole wheat English Muffin
1 egg
1 grapefruit
2 hours later I was starving.... this is an on going cycle for me through out the day finally i get so hungry by the end of the day I over load any advice?
