Hi everyone.

I have just joint this site. So a big hello to all you people out there.

I started taken Reductil 2 weeks ago and already I have lost 4 kgs. I'm so pleased that I am finally losing weight - BUT. yes there is a big BUT here....... I am not sleeping that well - I wake up about 5.30 am every morning and feel like I am fill of anxiety I do have alot more energy - but I do feel sometimes like I have the flue. And rather depressed too at times. Can anyone help me out there.?? Has anyone else had any these symtons with taking Reductil.. Cheers.

Hi, Fennel. Did your doctor tweak your dose of Reductil? If not, can you take it earlier or perhaps try 3 mg. Melatonin (do not increase without doctor's orders)for sleep? Take it AFTER you get in bed and a few minutes before you WANT To sleep. Some folks have a fast reaction to the first dose.

hi all, i started taking reductil 10 mg yesterday, i thought they were supposed to make you not feel hungry which they do when i first take it but after a few hours i am starving , is this right? so they take a couple of days to kick in?
a friend of mine that took them said she barely ate on them, although i am eating healthy i am still eating???? advice please

Stu, I hope you are still around; sorry I have taken so long to respond to you.

You have to pair the Reductil with a new eating habit...5-6x a day and some sort of protein source at each sitting. Milk, cheese, nuts, beans, turkey, fish, chicken, beef, etc.

Count calories and let us know how you are doing! The proteins should help assuage your hunger.

yah you may get it right! it may be the side effects of the drug! try and consult your doctor about it and try find a solution!
