hi all like I said I'm not normally one to brag but I'm so pleased with myself. At weigh in today I found I've lost 22lbs in 4 weeks leaving me 30bls to go oh by the way I stopped loseing for a week now I'm drinking plenty of water it's coming off again

YAY !!!!!! Brag away, you deserve some bragging rights for that. That was all your hard work, the pill is just a tool, you do most of the work yourself.

Its good to feel like I'm back in control of my life. No more whining & making excuses about why I've put on weight, now when I'm feeling lazy & I don't want to exercise I say to myself "no one is gonna do this for you stop complaining get up & get done" I really feel this is my time & I'm going to keep going till the jobs done

Great attitude !!!!! Those lbs will be history with that kinda attitude. Maybe it will rub off on me,I'm blah right now with a nasty cold.

I still love reading how well some ppl are doing with their weightloss though. keep it up your doing awesome.

wow just been reading your stats 70lbs lost that's a huge amount well done. That must of been so much hard work. Your in the teens now with 19 to go , on the home straight that must make you proud

Well SAID! THIS IS THE TIME. And you CAN do it.

Make written goals and plans for yourself. They truly help, and measuring and posting every bite or drink is tedious, but the only way I know to stay accountable to yourself.

Make this a part of the plan, too: When I fall off the horse, I am dusting off and getting back on. I refuse to wallow in the dirt.
