okay so my nutritionist tells me that I have to eat 75% Protein, 25% fiber. The problem is that I am Struggling to get 1000 calories in. In a normal day I try to eat good foods, and stay away from processed foods. Things I have been eating a lot of, Boiled egg whites, tuna, Chicken, Greens Salad, Fruits.
Everything I read tells me that I should be eating 1500-1650 calories a day, how alarmed should I be? Is it really something to be worried about if I am not hungry eating good for me foods and loosing weight?
