For me personally low calorie is better. I'm looovvee my breads and since cutting that out would be torture I probably couldn't stick with it. But... I do try to control my bread and carb intake

I can hear our master-mind author and administrator, Ian Mason, thinking, " It's the BALANCE! THE BALANCE!"

Here's a pretty simple and good-for-you plan: DAILY...
to divide these into 5-6 mini-meals at about 200 calories each time:
3, 1/2 c. servings of different fat free dairy
3, 1/2 c servings different whole grains
6, 1/2 c. servings different vegetables, no butter, no sauces
3, 1/2 c servings different berries
2,1/2 c servings different meats, poultry, fish
2, 1/4 c servings different nuts.
DAILY DRINK 60-100 OUNCES
WATER.

Im not saying either is better but Low Carb has helped me since I ended my phen journey...I have lost 56 lbs in 3 months with Low Carbs....But you definitely can't stay on it forever but the closer you get to your goal weight the more carbs you introduce to your diet... hope this helped

Are yo doing the Atkins Diet, Chris ? My BFF has been raving about it. That's what I heard, you have to slowly introduce carbs back into your diet or gain weight back. My step father has tried the Atkins off and on and always lost alot of weight. He gained most of it back though, several times, maybe, because he added carbs back in to quickly. What ever your doing it's working and you look great !!! ttyl c.c.

well i am not on a particular diet...I just know that

No sugars for the first 2 weeks
Then 25 carbs a/day for 6 weeks
(equivalent to 2 pieces of bread)
After my 6 weeks was up I went to 35 carbs a/day
300 carbs a day maintains weight supposedly... So thats is all im doing
Plus Exercise and ALOT of water (half my body weight)
