Ok, theres the fact that i need protein in all my meals and i now know several foods i should eat. However, if i go to the store... I'm not sure what to get. Some or many have atleast some sort of fat. Like calories or have things like sodium or w/e. I also hear that i should eat atleast 5 times a day, but at what times should i eat the meals? I know i can't eat them late, but i don't know at what times i should eat them. What should i look for in the nutrition's when i'm shopping? Low sodium or no sodium... lotsa protein or something? I compared with many cereals and ended up getting some cereal with 33% fiber just because it had 33% fiber. I want to be able to eat my meals correctly, but don't know if im eating them correctly cause i just match up some different foods that i didn't eat yet and go with that. That and i'm afraid to eat too much calories cause mostly everything with calories has "calories from fat" and i know i have to eat like 1,500 calories atleast... Argh... It's hard...
