I'm planning to go with this...

8am: Cereal + 2 eggs (Only white)

12pm: Oatmeal + Plum

2pm: Vegetable Mix + Tuna

4pm: Skinless Chicken + Brocolli

5-6pm: Oatmeal (again) + some other fruit or vegetable. How about apple?

I'm not fully decided on the time of my last meal or if i should eat oatmeal again or anything... I am probably going to change it up a bit as time goes to jump start my metabolism but what do you guys think?

That is fine but i would try to switch it up a bit you may become bored. Also you lose more weight by eating 1100 -1200 cals a day make sure you once a week or every to eat like 2000 cals because your body gets use to the diet and your weight loss may slow down and if you do not drink 8-10 waters a day your weight will stall that happended to me for 1 week in a half not enough water. I think you will do great that is a very healthy selection. Make sure to eat 20-30 grams fiber keeps up your metabolic rate good luck keep us posted

Sounds good...add a salad every day so you will have a good variety of veges and add some low fat cheese and a sprinkle of almonds....

Im afraid to add the almond part. XD! Hmm, i never done a salad before. What would you suggest and how should i put it into my meal plan? Should i put the salad with the skinless chicken?
