I'm planning to go with this...
8am: Cereal + 2 eggs (Only white)
12pm: Oatmeal + Plum
2pm: Vegetable Mix + Tuna
4pm: Skinless Chicken + Brocolli
5-6pm: Oatmeal (again) + some other fruit or vegetable. How about apple?
I'm not fully decided on the time of my last meal or if i should eat oatmeal again or anything... I am probably going to change it up a bit as time goes to jump start my metabolism but what do you guys think?
