I've been eating Special K in the morning (sometimes - some mornings I don't eat) Steamed Broccoli and tomatoes for lunch, and Special K in the evenings, with FAT FREE milk of course. I lost about 8 or 9 pounds last week and now NOTHING this week. I didn't expect the same loss. I know it's a lot of "water weight" the first week, but NOT EVEN 1 POUND this week! I am so discouraged. There's no way I'm eating too much or the wrong stuff! I'm disgusted!:
