hello!

I am on day 2 of Phentermine 37.5 MG after many years of struggling with my weight after the birth of my baby.

I have totally cut out soda and caffeine but am having headache's. I have not weighed myself yet.

Does anyone have a meal plan that worked for them? I am trying to find some idea's for Breakfast meals.

I have been struggling with my weight since having my kids also

breakfast ideas

Oatmeal
boiled eggs with Turkey bacon
some fruit
