has anyone herad taking apple cider vinegar speeds up your metabolism? i have been taking 6 of the apple cider vinegar tablets daily and also 4 vitamin b12 vitamins

i bought the pills from puritans pride.com buy one get one free....so far i have only been taking them for a few days days but since starting the phentermine and the vitamins i have lost 7 pounds in less than a week

Yea i have heard of it and it does seem to work, but only temporarily. Shouldnt use in cinjunction with alot of caffeine.
