I find lots person starve himself when they want reduce fat.
Is this method really help , or just hurt your body ?
Tell more about your opinion on starve oneselt to control the weight

Hey...I do not think it is healthy...and quite bad for the body...they will lose muscle..and it is true they drop alot of weight fast..but comes back real quick...just my thoughts..

Staving your self is never a good idea. It reeks havoc on your metabolism. Your body will think that you are constantly starving and not eat the fat but the muscle. Not what you would want as the more muscle you have the more fat you burn. Make healthy choices when choosing your food and make sure a majority of your intake is vegetables as are they are low calorie and lots of fiber to help keep you full longer.

James, you are thinking along the right path with that great question! Starving oneself, lowering your calories below 1,000 per day, fad diets of all types are BAD for you, are NOT sustainable and may help you lose muscle tissue AND be back in the SAME mess in a year.

I advocate relearning the ways we think of foods, how we purchase, prepare and eat them! This might give you some ideas:
