Im so upset!! Not only have i been working out but i've been eating approx 1200-1500 calories a day and ive gained 4lbs just THIS WEEK!! I dont understand!! People can take phen and eat crap food and not work out and STILL loose weight. I am so angry right now i dont know what to do? Here i go feeling like im just ready to give up again...just like every other diet i've been on when they dont work!

Its not just the calories. You might be having an intake on too much of something, like carbs or sodium and whatnot. You also have to drink 1 gallon of water a day. Probably you've been doing the same exercise and eating methods for too long and need to change things up. You can also try going to a place that cleanses your colon which will help remove some weight and improves your ability to diet because it will take out worms that steal your vitamins and whatnot.

I think your right! I have been doing the exact same thing every day! Im not sure how to mix it up. I have noticed that my water intake is less this week so i took an online quiz thing about how much water i should be drinking and it has me drinking 3.2 liters. So im going to give that a try and see how it goes. Then i'll do my pilates one day and treadmill the next with sunday as a rest day. I guess im just really bummed because we have a trip coming up in a week and 1/2 and i thought i would of been down a lot more than this. So seeing that gain today just put me over the top.

Thank you for pointing those out to me and getting me back on track! I knew i could count on someone here! :-)

No problem. Some helpfull tips here

1. Not hard to change your eating. Just change up the food and the amount ur eating aswell as how many calories ur eating that day. (don't make it too high or too low)

2. Your weight often bounces around and might not give you your accurate weight. So, don't be too sad about that. Your body tends to have a shift of weight everyday thats about 2 pounds. (bowel movement?) Weigh yourself at the same time everyday to get more accurate weight.

3. Try to weigh yourself once a week to not bum yourself out. (Although, i weigh myself once everyday. xD)

4. As far as exercise go, try to do 10k steps a day regardless of what other exercise your doing and change the machines you use. For example, if you did treadmill in week one, try doing the eliptical in week 2.

Did you know your intestines can hold 5-8 pounds? Unbelievable, but true. And a woman's weight can easily vary 5 pounds during menses.

I remember gaining 2 pounds that blew me over the edge, too. A wiser member reminded me I'd not really gained....and the following week the weight came off x2.

Measure and journal. Two of the most important things you can do.

Such wonderful suggestions already that there really is nothing more to add! I agree with changing your eating and exercise routine, and MORE WATER!! lol!! Coming from the former Dr Pepper addict, this is hilarious for me to be saying! lol! Good luck, and I hope it works for you!! Don't loose your faith, though, because you CAN do it!
