So im going to give that a try and see how it goes. Then i'll do my pilates one day and treadmill the next with sunday as a rest day. I guess im just really bummed because we have a trip coming up in a week and 1/2 and i thought i would of been down a lot more than this. So seeing that gain today just put me over the top.
Thank you for pointing those out to me and getting me back on track! I knew i could count on someone here! :-)

No problem. Some helpfull tips here
1. Not hard to change your eating. Just change up the food and the amount ur eating aswell as how many calories ur eating that day. (don't make it too high or too low)
2. Your weight often bounces around and might not give you your accurate weight. So, don't be too sad about that. Your body tends to have a shift of weight everyday thats about 2 pounds. (bowel movement?) Weigh yourself at the same time everyday to get more accurate weight.
3. Try to weigh yourself once a week to not bum yourself out. (Although, i weigh myself once everyday. xD)
4. As far as exercise go, try to do 10k steps a day regardless of what other exercise your doing and change the machines you use. For example, if you did treadmill in week one, try doing the eliptical in week 2.
