So, i go to the store everyday and i see soo many unhealthy foods. Im shocked that apple juice and orange juice has so much sugar and whatnot. Normally. you'd think those drinks are more healthy than most. So, i decided to make a thread so we can share the info on products that we find to be most healthy in nutritional value.
