ok so i decided to play a trick on my metabolism today! for the last 3 weeks i have been eating around 500 calories i dont think i hit 1,000yet. today i left the house at 590 and decided to go treat myself to something good, so i ate a nice salad with croutons, and real ranch dressing, an 8oz sirloin steak with a2 and Worcestershire sauce, 3 bites of a baked potato with butter and sour cream which actually was way too rich for me i couldnt eat anymore. and a glass of my favorite rasp ice tea which i gave up for sugar free stuff and 2 mozzarella cheese sticks with marinara sauce. so i probably at least 1200 today. noticed im down on the weight as well so the changing calories around is working and man that food was good from applebees!

I have found that zig zagging both your calories and your exercise is the best way to keep my weight loss from stalling out for too long....don't get me wrong, it is not fool proof, but I don't seem to fight it nearly as badly when I do this.

It sure is nice to splurge once in a while on things that we used to enjoy all the time...but I am like you, I am noticing that my tastes aren't what they used to be!! Some things that I would have devoured before do not taste as good anymore.

Ideally, the best caloric intake per day is 1200 to 1500. This will optimize your weight loss to its best. Some even suggest a higher number, but I think these ones are very realistic.

Doesn't your dr have any suggestions for helping with your bad cycles? I would think that there would be something that would ease it some. I have always been very fortunate not to have too much pms or cramping or anything like that...the most I every really had was when I was younger my periods were long and never regular.

Maybe you can hold out hope that as your body changes and loses the weight your cycles will relax and not be so rough on you. It works for helping with other problems, so why not that too?!

Hang in there!
