I recently just started on phen and have lost 10 lbs in the last 8 days, but over the last year I I have lost a total of 33 lbs. My frustration is that I still wear the same size 24 clothes. I am starting to get really discouraged. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? It is really getting me down. Thanks.

Michelle

Sweetheart, you must trust your instincts and know the loss WILL show up!
FYI, it was 25 pounds before I could even tell I'd lost and then almost overnight, things changed.
KEEP ON RUNNING THE RACE!

Susan is exactly right....you are losing it, obviously!!! And it may be in areas that you are not realizing the change, like possibly your face, rear, thighs. These are areas that you may not notice it as much in your clothing, but the loss is there!! Everyone's bodies are different, so just embrace what you are accomplishing and stick with it!!! You are doing awesome!!!

wow thats wild that with 30lbs you arent at least a size smaller. but ya i bet your face looks much smaller and your arms and stuff like that. i have lost 29lbs just about but my face right now is swollen and i have a double chin. however, i am very lucky to a point because i have always had an hour glass figure, no matter how much weight i put on, seems like it goes on evenly other then my face. i have always had a double chin no matter what weight i have been thin or bigger. but i have been able to drop down sizes depending on how things are made, but im still stuck in such a crazy range of sizes. i can do a couple of 14's a couple of 15s, several 17/18s, and 2 pairs of 19's. i started like you at a 22. its very very frustrating cuz my 18s will slip down off my hips and i have to keep hiking them up, but the 15/16s give me love handles, and coochy lines, and then i have one pair of 16s that are slipping down my hips now too. now granted i started at 248 and am 5/9. you have done so well loosing 30lbs. im sure you will start noticing things too. when you get down do your meausrements and im sure you will be surprised. i was. espeically when the scale wasnt moving. its been like 3 weeks and i have only take off 1 pound. the 25th will be a month and its only been 7lbs for the whole month that have come off, but i have taken off between 2-3 inches off my chest and waist and hips. i eat low calories and am shocked im not loosing more. but look for the little things that have changed for you. have you noticed that your shoes are big on you yet? i have with me, i didnt even know you could loose weight in your feet. hang in there you are doing so well!!!
