Hi everyone

I have not had anything sweet since I've been on Phen and my new way of eating/exercising...

I am craving something sweet really bad! So do you ladies think it's okay to have one of those 100 calorie snacks?

Something to take the edge off....I'm a dieter on the edge over here in Houston..... lol

Thanks!!

Yes, those 100 calorie packs are great for instances like that! You get the sweets you are wanting without overindulging! I also find that the sugar free Jello is a great snack....sweet tasting and only like 10 calories, so I can even have 2 if I want! lol! Makes me think that I am getting a treat!

Another good way to get rid of the cravings is to grab a bottle of water and go for a walk or something like that to distract yourself. In the beginning I would get on the Gazelle for 5 minutes or so until the craving passed.

My problem with the snack packs is that once I taste the sweets it makes me want more, so it is better that I don't taste them at all. Some people can have a little and that be all they need, but I'm not that way, I'm afraid. That is why I use the distraction! lol!

You are doing great!! Hang in there!

Thanks Patty! Those little snacks are so cute & adorable; so I better really think about this because I don't want to "slip" and keep eating them....lol

I will also try those sugar free jello cups!

You always know what to say

The new pharmacy i go to actually carries 1 oz. of snack size peanuts all kinds..almonds...pistachio...walnuts..for 1.50 a bag and im only allowed 1oz. so i think its great but 1 oz. is so little .....makes you realize what i was eating

but like Patty said it keeps you accountable if you can have just one

my choice of snack is still fruit..i get a different one for every day of the week one in the morning and one after dinner ....try this little trick best with pears and apples ...slice the pear or apple and sprinkle with a packet of splenda and place in microwave for 30 seconds ...check for softness or put back for another 30 seconds....Tastes like the inside of a pie

GIRL! Buy yourself some sugar free jello ( I use a box) and choose your favorite flavor. Top it with fat-free Cool Whip. YUMMO!

I am being sarcastic here, but I have gotten wayyyy too comfy with the large, refillable bag of theatre popcorn!
