Two words....zig zag. Zig zagging your diet AND exercise is absolutely the best way to get off a plateau.

The disappointing part for all of us is that the closer we get to our goal, the slower the weight comes off. I wish there was a way around that, but I truly don't know of any. The one thing you need to remember, though, is the long road you have already been down....it is awesome that you are at the point you are, and just have to keep plugging away at it.

If you need more info on zig zagging, read the thread Stopped losing that I posted. It will explain what you can do to help. And believe me it really does work.

Good luck!!

hi nicgirl

i go in 2xweek to get 2 shots on each visit. one shot is b-12 the other is an amino shot. which is the fat burner shot...it helps to process and eliminate fat in the body and of course you know the benefits of a b-12 shot. i am on phen also, plus i take supplements. so hear is where it gets interesting...i don't really look like i weigh 146.5 i actually look much smaller. and it is because of the fat burner and the supplements. the supplements helps with your inches. they are called KLB-5 i called them my miracle pill. oh and thx for the compliment nicgirl
i hope this info was helpful lady.

Hi~ it's really important to use % as an indicator.

It is safe to lose 1-2% of your present body weight, weekly.

For a 500 pound person, this is 500 x .01 = 5 pounds to lose the next week. That person must recalculate weekly, so the following week would be 495 x .01= 4.9 pounds.

These are 1%, but it is safe to lose 2% weekly, so double that 1st answer.

For a 150 pound person, figure 150 x .01= 1.5 pounds the following week. The recalculation for the next week would be 148.5 x .01.

I'm SURE that could be said an easier way-- Patty! Others! Help me out!
