This time I will not deal with any special diet or calorie counting...just good bye to chocolates, fast food, meals after 7 p.m. ....so, less carbohydrates...more proteins and vitamines, exercises and water...and most important your support here ;) :kiss: ...see you around! :flowers:

			<description>Hello, I have been on Phentermine for 15 days. So far I have lost 12.5 lbs.! I have walked everyday except for 1 day. I typically walk for 60 minutes, about 3 miles. Today, I decided to increase to 1hr and 15 minutes. I got in 4 miles!! I am motivated and ready to lose the weight for good!</description>

			<description>i have lost 32lbs now. wowwww!!! i gave up on looking on the scale and havent been really good with calorie counting this this weekend or thurs since i had a head thurs and fri and didnt are today lol! but i noticed my tummy looked smaller so i decided to weigh myself and im down another 3lbs or so. so now i can officially say 32lbs  kick butt!!</description>

			<description><![CDATA[I am going to go ahead and start a weight loss journel. Just so i can keep track, and get motivation. Tomorrow will be my 4th day on Phentermine 37.5. I have been drinking tons of water because of my awful dry mouth(and because its healthy!) I havent had one drop of soda of any kind since I have started. Im trying to remember to eat! when I do its special K for breakfast, weight watchers for my meals, and as a snack i'll eat some no sigar added applesauce. Day 1 I ate only 765 calories, second day 820, and now today 835. But that was mostly because I drank some crystal light instead of water...I can only drink so much of the bland stuff... I have been doing dance aerobics, and walking. But this next thursday will be 1 week for me, and I am going to be heartbroken if the scale doesnt budge, or go up. keep your fingers crossed for me. :)]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Hello - this is my first post and I thought it should be the beginning of my weight loss journal. ( I hope I am doing this right..)
2 years ago my husband and I took phentermine and vitamin shots, well we could not really afford it any longer so stopped.. well, I gained all my weight back plus some. I kept telling myself I did not care.. well, at 271 pounds I knew I needed to do something.. So, I went to my new primary and due to health issues he insisted we get the weight off me. So, in Sept I started on phentermine 37.5. My doc also gave me a list of vitamins and what to take, instead of the shots. I take my vitamins every AM. I take so many I have a pill holder and I count them out for the week. I altered my eating habits - cleaned out the cabinets and got rid of ALL junk food. I eat every 2-3 hours. Meals are about 250 calories and snacks are from 100-200 depending on my activity level. I think I am doing pretty good as I am down to 248!! I have found a new activity I love and that is running!! Yep, it's crazy!! I am hooked. I exercise 2 times a day 6 days a week, the off day is stretching and yoga. So, here I am -- I need to stay on this train. No getting off for me, I have a ways to travel!! :)]]></description>

I started loosing weight back in April when I weighed in at 245 pounds today I weighed in at 172 pounds so I'm very happy with the 73 pounds I've lost so far, my goal is to be at 150 pounds by April 2010.  I'm only 22 pounds from my goal but I know getting through the holidays is going to be very tough. I do think my goal is very realistic and I should be able to reach it within the time frame I am aiming for. I exercise at the gym 4 to 5 days a week and then walk 7 days a week. I have not cut out any foods I just have them in moderation and for this has really helped because I know if I were to limit what I can have I'd never stick to it.  I have taken Phentermine since April and I'm going to start getting off of it very soon and see how it goes. I think it should go ok now that I'm used to portion control.]]></description>

			<description>im so upset. i put back on inches on my hips, and am up a pound. i know the pound can be water weight, my can you gain inches back on your hips with water weight? i notice my face is swollen and bloated too. 

i dont understand this. i have been staying low on calories, this week i have had oct 20, 1050, oct 19th 825, oct 18th 955,for this week so far. 
last week oct 17th, 1310, oct 16th, i dont know i forgot to count on that day, but i know i didnt go crazy high. i think thats the day i went out for dinner and ate breaded fish, stuffed mushrooms, and 2 glass of rasberry tea. so i dont think over 2000, oct 15th 1140,oct 14, 1106, oct 13, 916, oct 12th 1045, oct 11th 1410.   

my only excersize has been shopping, dropping stuff off at goodwill, moving heavy boxes,running up and down the stairs doing laundry, and running to the bathroom every 20 mins.   
 
does excersize make that much of a deal here to boost this up? i was reading that if you want to be 140lbs you should eat 1400 calories, im afraid to do that, i will really put it back on. dammit, it hasnt been 3 full months yet, and im stuck already. it took me a over a year to get this stuff out of my system last time so i could start all over again.  im so upset.  

i have such a hard time loosing weight period, now i wonder if it has to do with what im eating. yesterday i did go to taco bell and hit there fresno menu but it was in my calories allowed for the day. i have had carbs, do i need to just not do that anymore, and like 3 low calorie shakes and eat salad the rest of the day and maybe like lean meat and so low cal soup? omg!  i wonder if i should get some slim quick or do a system cleanse tea or something or start taking water loss pills. (which i have some). im gonna try to get on the excersize bike today, hopefully my back will let me. ughhhhh!</description>

			<description>its been like two weeks or so since i have taken any weight off. finally i got almost a full pound off. im .2 away from 29lbs lost. ugh! today is a break day from phen. im hoping that will kick it up again. im gonna be switching work at home jobs and see if i can schedule afternoons instead of mornings, so it will give me more time to try to excersize. mornings kill me and im exhausted all the time from them.</description>

			<title>oct 15,2009 update on measurements</title>

			<description>no weight loss (bummer!) no weight gain (even now that im ovulating which is really good!) chest 38, waist 37, hips 47. im coming down but man im having one heck of a time with clothes fitting right. ugh!

been trying to zig zag calories still but no pounds are coming off. i have been all over with calories the highest amount consumed this week so far as been a little over 1400. lowest 916 on average about 1000 or so. not sure what i need to do now to get the pounds to come off again. least the inches are still coming off. ugh!</description>

			<description>how do you ladies measure your bust? i have read 2 different descriptions, and im confused cuz my bras are not fitting right. if i go under the bust like i have read its 38/39, now if i go to the fullest part of my acutal bust like i have heard we are looking at 43. old navy has a HUGE sale, and i have hardly anything now that fits me in long sleeve tops for winter so im jumpin on that sale, but im confused on what size i need to get.</description>

			<description>here is another pair of put away and hide for now jeans that fit! havent seen these in well over 3 years!!!!!  wow! they are tight and i have some love handles.  man my booty looks awesome in there.  i also found out that i have a pair of size 14 stretch jeans i can wear as well. now im shocked! if i didnt have the love handles i would be all set!  i did my meausrements and  and im at the loosest 38, at the tightest 36. hips loosest is 48 tightest was 46. wow. i havent lost much more weight, im at 28lbs lost, but measurements are definitly coming down.  these jeans are awesome, they are super long, so i can wear a heeled boot with them. im 5/9 and inseams are never long enough lol! im so happy, got more stuff to go try on hehe!</description>

			<description>OMG! i knew these were close, but i figured nahh, let them sit on the dresser, but when my birds got poop on my jeans and dropped pretzal crumbs down the back of them from sitting on the chair and they were loose so they went right down my butt and into the leg of my jeans im like ok im changing, and they were eyeing me on the dresser, im like ok wth ill try, and wow they fit! course i got love handles, but wow they actually fit and are comfortable. wow size 15! im really getting there. ok my day is totally been made now! i know size is just a number and my old navy 18 dont fit yet, but hey still i havent seen these jeans in almost 2 years! yeahhhh me!</description>

			<description>i havent lost any more pounds, i was up 2lbs today, but noticed my size 18 jeans are slightly falling down and i have to hike them up, so i checked measurents and whadda know, i lost inches, 39 waist, and 49 hips. i think i was 41 waist and 51 hips last time i checked. the jeans measurements im wearing are 38.5 waist and 51 hip, so that would be why they are starting to slip down. yeha!</description>
