(This recipe yields 1 serving)
1 cup cantaloupe - cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup honeydew melon - cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup watermelon - remove seed and cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 to 1/2 mango juice (depending how thick you like your smoothies)
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoons honey
5 fresh mint leaves - finely chopped
2 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in blender and whip until smooth.
