2 pieces of whole wheat bread
white from 1 egg
1/4 cup water
1 Tablespoon Splenda
pam to cover pan
Whip together egg, water and Splenda.
Dip bread into wet mixture.
Place into a pan heated on medium heat and cook until browned.
