Well who is going to get me back on the wagon after two days of catered bliss on this course I have been doing???? Huh????

The first day I had breakfast, went in, had cake for morning tea, 4 sandwiches, 3 pieces of sushi, and a plate of fruit, then the most wonderful gluten free orange sponge in the afternoon... in fact it was so good I had two pieces!!!

Then today I had a banana for breakfast (minus the pancake) trying to be prepared for all the food, but still ate the gluten free cake, which came out for morning tea, followed by lunch comprising of 3 pieces of sushi, two wraps and a plate of fruit, then when I got out, Rachel and Steve were waiting in the car and Rachel had specially made for me a choux pastry with vanilla cream filling at school and it was waiting in the car for me to eat!!!

I didn't have the heart to tell her that I felt almost from all the food again.......... so here I am feeling like I have probably put on that dreaded 5 pounds!

Pray for me please.....

The sushi and the fruit are okay, you just have to lighten up on the rest, but you know that!

I've been working late the last few days and have been getting home around 8. One of the girls at work brought in McDonalds Chicken and bisquits and hashbrowns for breakfast. I had one each. That was basically my breakfast, lunch and dinner. When I got home around 8, I didn't feel like eating. I was thinking of what I wanted to eat as I drifted off to sleep.

Too late! I am addicted to the evil box! The damage is not that bad though... I will catch it in time... I hope!

BTW great new avatar Miss Martini! And Kimness, I actually resisted having any of Steve's takeaway Red Rooster crispy chicken burger and chips last night!

He lost a fair few kilos Joy and was happy. He didn't have much to lose anyway and it was a way to use the higher dose phen capsules that I couldn't take!!!

To be honest, we hardly have takeaway, but that was one night during my 2 day course, and I did not feel like anything much in the evening...
