Alrighty - thought I'd post this recipe quick cuz I had some requests for it. These pancakes are my hubby's absolute FAVORITE!!!

2 c. Bisquick Heart Smart baking mix
2 bananas, mashed
1/4 c. Eggbeaters
1 1/3 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. granular Splenda (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. banana extract
1 tsp. almond extract
water

In a mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients, either with a spoon or with a whisk. Batter will be thick, so add water until the batter is to the consistancy that you like it. Pour batter by 1/4-cupfuls onto a hot griddle.
Makes approximately 18 pancakes. 67 calories each.

ENJOY!!!

wow I think my kids would even love these. No more going to Ihop and feeling guilty. There is one place near my work that does a grain and oat pancake oh my is it great. I is rather heavy but extremely filling. and no need for syrup it is naturally sweet.

Okay, Ian has got me very curious now... what are Eggbeaters? And what is granular Splenda, is that a low calorie sugar alternative? Everything is called something different over here!!!

I am determined to make these pancakes!!
