I love to make these when I want light breakfast & just too lazy to cook
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
2 medium kiwifruit, halved and sliced
In each of 4 parfait glasses, alternately layer yogurt with oranges and kiwi. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
