1 or 2 eggs, whipped............75 cal or 150 cal
1/8 c skim milk............10 cal
Vanilla Flavoring
Carey's sugar Free syrup (I thicken the whole thing while heating it on the stove, with a little bit of cornstarch. I like it thin, too)
Pam spray

Whip egg, milk, vanilla. Dip bread into it on both sides, frying it on a pan sprayed with Pam.
Spray it with ICBINBS after it's on your plate. I could eat 15, but I usually try to eat 2.
