Thin sliced, diet bread- 40 cal
1 or 2 eggs, whipped............75 cal or 150 cal
1/8 c skim milk............10 cal
Vanilla Flavoring
Carey's sugar Free syrup (I thicken the whole thing while heating it on the stove, with a little bit of cornstarch. I like it thin, too)

Pam spray
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray

Whip egg, milk, vanilla. Dip bread into it on both sides, frying it on a pan sprayed with Pam.
Spray it with ICBINBS after it's on your plate. I could eat 15, but I usually try to eat 2.

o0ooh yumm!!! I looooove french toast. An I actually make the regular verion pretty darn awesome...so I gots to try this out so now I cant feel bad eating it :-) Thanks Susan!
