WATP is walking in place-like a march--for someone like me who was never very physically active it is the perfect thing. Since I was born with my tendons too short in my legs I tend to be a klutz--I walk on my toes basically and am prone to falling alot--so walking outside is challenge for me. Also when you are very overweight any kind of activity can seem overwhelming. Most other beginner videos I give up on because they were too much for me. With WATP you are in one place and it is very do able! I still think it is my favorite so far.
