Yeah, that's correct. I haven't really been doing much in this area lately.
I promise, as soon as I start making an income and as soon as I get
more sleep, I'll start back with jiu-jitzu and muay thai.

For now, it's a bit of yoga every couple days, and...the timeless art of sleep.

sleep huh? I dont think you practice that one enough! I am going to have to become much more balanced and coordinated before I ever consider martial arts. I did name my son Billy Jack though--I love thise movies!

Yeah you're right, i'm pretty bad at sleeping too lately. That's hilarious
when I'm tired, like right now. See, even my writing has gotten more
sloppy. I've like, like many times today. Ok, no more.

I know this is kind of late, but the whole "coordinated" for martial arts isn't necessarily true. I've seen some of the most uncoordinated people improve their coordination by practicing MA.

That's a valid point, Allen. Certainly it could only improve coordination.

I have improved my balance and footing since I began.

I have learned some Martial Arts from my brother in law, he has his 5th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do (SP?) and is a Sinsai (SP? LOL) and he has one more belt to go in JuJitsu.

Actually, I think sleep is a very important component in losing weight. If you are not getting enough sleep there is going to be extra stress on your body and weight loss will be tougher!
