You're right, Cyn. Every little bit you do helps. I feel great after yoga, even
if I only do a few minutes. It just changes my whole day in a good way.
I currently practice yoga with a video by Rodney Yee called Power Yoga.
It's quite a workout after the intro stretches, and I feel that it prepares
me to lift weights and run with much more efficiency. I've noticed that
when I work out after doing yoga for at least 30 minutes, the exercises
I do afterwards burn more fat, and build more muscle.
