I wonder how people feel when they see me taking huge steps and going
up and down while wearing my weighted jacket. It's this big blue vest-like
thing with weight cylinders in rows all over it.

I wonder if anyone has thought it was a bomb yet. We'll see. I'm going
to start wearing it alot more... maybe even at stores, etc. Today I was
walking in the park.

That's actually a pretty good idea-the weight is pretty even distributed over the shoulders and the body. Those are great for adding some weight with dips and pullups.

Yeah, I spend some time just walking around with it, but I want to avoid
doing that all the time because I'm afraid it will compress my spine.
