this post is for girls only ~ but i am LOVING the sfactor workout.
it is like advancded yoga sort of, but ummm more.
it is toning muscles in my abs that were wrecked by 2 c-sections in 2 years. AND it will make your boyfriend or husband super happy
good for the thighs, abs and chest...and some other places
that's all i'm saying. :o
