I thought some of you might be interested in this. I use it to keep track of how much exercise I am getting. It helps keep me on track.

I remember in school we had to complete the presidential fitness. We did it at the beginning of the year and at the end of the year to see how we progressed. I got an award in 6th grade-but I think it was a pity award cause I really sucked! Never could do a chin up! lol!

On the site you can sign up and track how much exercise you do. If you can do at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week for 6 weeks you get an award.

It has helped me to stay ative because I have a log of what I did. Or a log of days I did nothing. Great motivation!

I remember those from highschool, never, ever got an award! LOL! I was then and still am not, very athletic.
