What's the difference between all the fats? Which ones are bad? Why? Nuts have a lot of fat, but people say they are healthy (i'm assuming because they have a lower percentage of saturated fat.) But why?

Thanks,

I don't know what each one does but I do know that the bad stuff is the Saturated.

That's basically it-some fats are saturated and some unsaturated. You want to get most of your fat from unsaturated products like nuts, seeds, olive oil, etc
