I've seen the infomercials on that one, a lot of the workouts they showed are what I see in the fitness magazines where you are working two groups at once - like one of my FAVES doing crunches on a medicine ball while lifting your dumbells over year head. I thought I wouild die the first time I tried it but now I can lift 15 pounds and do 3 sets of 15. Of course the next day I am really feeling it but hey I love that feeling, that way I know I did something right!!
I may have to check out those videos when I get tired of the small library of ones I have
