I have a Netflix account and have been trying alot of different types of workout videos. I finally found a GREAT one. It's made by Crunch, the best one is called "Crunch:Super SlimDown 2005". It is a mix of pilates and yoga. You can feel this one the next day!!! I have also tried the "Crunch:Fat Burning Pilates 2003" which is also good. The next one on my list is the Boot Camp one, I'll keep you posted...

I have a Bootcamp video that I LOVE - it's part of the 10 minute solution series and it's broken up into 5 - 10 minute sections.
You can change the order around too which I like because they have the high fat burning workout at the end of the DVD but by then I'm too pooped to really give that part my all so I moved that to the second section when I have more energy because you are really doing a lot of moving about.

Another one that I LOVE LOVE LOVE is
Walk Away the Pounds the woman who does it is somebody Sansone LOL I can't remember her first name right off hand. The video though is where you walk in place anywhere from 1-3 miles. She incorporates small kicks, and side steps and stuff. She totally works you! It's fun though. Might wanna try that one if you can.

I just did the 4 mile walk last night! She's kind of annoying but funny at the same time lol. I've done that 4 mile DVD so often that I usually turn the volume down and listen to my MP3 player instead of her. I started using my 5lb dumbbells while I'm walking too. That REALLY burns some calories.

And I do the same thing with the volume. She has an annoying voice doesn't she? lol It's easy to follow w/ out the talking though. Somedays I don't even use the tape, I just "walk" it on my own.
I also kinda like Tae Bo...it SOOOO kicks my butt, but it's fun to do!

I'm such a goob sometimes- the Walk Away the Pounds lady is Leslie Sansone, where did I come up with Susan??

I thought about getting the pilates dvd that she has but I don't know if I could take her freakin happy disposition while I'm tryin to concentrate. I do have a pilates dvd that I got from Kmart for $4.99 - too good of a deal to pass up - its called Rael Pilates Advanced 27 or something like that. Its about an hour long and you would not believe the sweat you can generate from stretching!
If you have never done pilates and want to start on a lower level there is also the 7 dvd for beginners and 17 for intermediate. The one I have is all floor workouts but you will REALLY feel it in your abs during and after the workout.
