I am such a turbo jammer... I can't say it burns 700 cals in 45 mins, but i can say it's a work out! even phase 1 is a tough phase and they just get harder. My hubby pants with her vids.
If you want info on that stuff.. LOL ... i've probably bought it at one point.
TJ is an awesome workout and she's pretty funky. The moves tend to be a bit dancey (something I LOVE!!!) but they are also kickboxing type moves too!!!
Out of all the infomercial vids I've bought I recommend this one and Power 90 boot camp. (power 90 I lost inches in my thighs within the first 5 workouts) So if your tired of hiking all around the city or running to the gym.... TJ is great.
I wouldn't recomend the ab lounge. I have one and 10 crunches on the floor work my abs 10 times as much as 20 on the lounge.
