Fitday is the bomb!!!
I started my "weight loss adventure" in December 2005, I've lost over 90 lbs so far and I highly doubt I would have lost half as much as I have if I weren't keeping track on fitday. It gives me everything I need to keep my calories/carbs/fat in check, to make sure I'm getting enough nutrients, and it helps me keep sight of my goal by telling me exactly how much I need to lose to reach my goal by X day. It's awesome!
