I am exceptionally impatient. I get bored easily. If the red light lasts longer than 20 seconds, I consider amusing myself with a chinese firedrill or rolling down the window to ask my lane-neighbor for grey poupon.
Therefore... when it comes to exercise, I tend to lame out quickly. Crunches? How freaking boring! Push-ups? Uh... Push-up bra, maybe.
I am currently taking belly-dancing courses at the local college. Tuesdays and Thursdays for two hours a night. (That's a bit long for me, but I'm dealing.) I find the coined hip-scarf and zils keep me entertained. Plus... you feel extremely feminine when you're throwing your hips in your man's face and shaking your money-makers for his viewing pleasure.
I kickboxed in high school (two nights a week and saturday) and that was GREAT! I haven't signed up lately (although I want to) because I'm embarrased of my stamina. Or lack thereof. :???: I started smoking about 4 years ago, when I was 21. What a dumb@$$. :???:
Anyone else know of an exciting exercise program that could motivate a girl with the attention span of a caffeinated terrier keep coming back for more?
I have been thinking about the "Carmen Electra Strip Tease". I do believe that is right up my alley. All I need is a pole in the living room. (Hehehehehe... I can hear my dad now.)
