ROFL!!!! Too funny!!! Yeah- I think that different positions would not only help you to get toned- but also get more flexible hehe.
Let's see- there are excersize tips, so lets think of some sexersize tips:
(I got these off of another website...LOL..for regular excersize- BUT I want you to think of sexersie while you read them...I will put my thoughts in caps after each tip)
. Walking - probably the best all around excersize (DOES CHASING PARTNER COUNT AS WALKING)
2. Take the Stairs - instead of the elevator (I DON'T KNOW- SEXERSIZE IN AN ELEVATOR COULD BURN SOME QUICK CALORIES!)
3. Do it yourself - instead of asking someone else to do it for you! (HEHE- WELL, PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT)
4. Wash the car - No not at the car wash! In the driveway! I have four cars so I do each car once a week. That's 4 days worth of excersize. And the nice side-effect of clean cars! (SUDSY
WATER, OUT IN THE OPEN, CAN WE SAY HOT!)
5. Do the laundry - Between sorting, washing, drying, folding there are some cals to be burned there. (TWO WORDS- VIBRATING WASHER!!!)
6. Meet a friend for a Bike ride or hike - great excersize (HIKE UP TO A REMOTE LOCATION- LET THE REAL FUN BEGIN)
7. Clean the house - run the vac, clean the dreaded bathrooms, etc. (EACH ROOM HAS IT'S OWN GREAT POTENTIALS)
8. Get an accountability partner - This isn't so much about excersize as it is about helping yourself not to cheat. Find someone who's on the
diet and report your progress to them and vice versa. (WELL, IDEALLY THIS WOULD BE HUBBY)
9. Walk the mall... - lots of mall walkers out there, it's good stuff. (HEHE- AHH I REMEMBER THOSE DAYS....THAT WAS STILL THE HONEYMOON STAGE)
10. Mowing, raking leaves, yard work - fresh air and great excersize. (YUP- IM THINKING MOWING ISN'T SUCH A GOOD COMBO WITH SEXERSIZE....)
11. Snow - Shoveling can be very strenuous, but playing in it can be fun and burns calories! (I LIKE THE LAST PART OF THE SENTENCE)
12. Coaching... - Coaching a little league basketball, soccer, baseball, gymnastics (whatever) team is GREAT excersize. (WELL, NOT SO MUCH FOR COACHING THE KID TEAMS- BUT COACHING THE COACH?? SO LONG AS COACH IS LOL HUBBY)
13. Park far away in the parking lot - Little things add up! The more cals you burn, the more weight you'll lose. (HEHEHE..SORRY..GOT LOST IN MORE MEMORIES...)

TRY TO EXCERSIZE EVERY DAY FOR 15-20 MINUTES! And make it something fun! Your body and your doctor will be pleased
