I started off really well on the phen, I was walking everyday for at least an hour or more and I was dropping lbs. Im in nursing school and everything piled up at once and even my family said I never had time for anything. My diet and excercise soon took the back seat and Im back to where I started, I havnt even looked at a scale cuz im scared to see what I messed up. Anyways, Ive been getting interested in a exercise program of some sort b/c the track I usually walk at has football going on all the time. I was wondering if anyone had ever tried Curves and if they had any success with it?? I just dont see how 30 min of machines could help lose that much weight. Oh, and what about yoga, i know all the celebrities have great experiences with it but does it really work? Umm I just need some Ideas . . . .

Thanks!

Well, 30 minutes of weights has been proven to have a more profound effect on the metabolism than 30 minutes of cardio. So, try it out, you'll probably be suprised.
