We could make an exercise date and even if we do it for 5 minutes it would be a start. Next day we could do a 7 minute
and keep building.
So what day shall we start?

Hi everyone! I'm new here, but was wondering whether anyone had any good advice for me. I've tried everything to lose weight - exercise, trying to eat 'right' - etc, but nothing has worked for me. I don't know what to do. :(

Friends are telling me to try diet pills, especially this new Alli drug everyone keeps talking about, but I just don't know...

Any ideas on where I could find some good diet pill info? I have checked out this site, and it has pretty good stuff on
diet pills and weight loss - DietPillDictionary.com - Your Diet Pill, Weight Loss and Fat Burning Resource Center but I would also like some others. Thoughts? Thanx!

300-400 calories a day... you're body is probably in starvation mode and you won't lose weight!! You need much more than that. Take Susan's advice quick!

Oh boy can I join in too??? =) I am doing a Denise Austin 10 min. Ab workout, I think that's her name, and as of yesterday doing a 2-3 min. LOL <baby steps here> weight machine. Today I did the treadmil for 15 minutes power walking on a incline. Ugh that was a tough one. I think tomorrow I'm gonna need Ben Gay!! LOL

I know what you mean with the BenGay, when I first started riding my recumbent bike, there were days I couldn't hardly walk because my legs were so sore. Kind of felt like I had been riding a horse for a week.

Me too, it wouldnt be near as much work would it? I haven't been exercising near as much as I should have lately, so I have to really get in gear.

When I first started exercising I could only do 13 minutes on my elliptical.... each time I'd challenge myself to do 3 more minutes... within a month I could do an hour
