What is the best way to get rid of it??? I know sit-up's, crunches whatever but is there another way to get rid of it? I lost 30 pounds from everywhere but my belly, I still have the fat there. Anyone know of a good way to loose the belly fat/flab??

The belly fat can't really be targeted with situps/crunches/etc like many people would have you think. The best thing to do is cardio to burn more fat. That means walks, jogs, and even aerobics. Just anything that gets your heart rate up there and the sweat coming off.

Dang!!! I was so hoping to hear something else besides that. Well I guess since I lost the weight I might as well make the body look good. Thanks Ian.

You can definitely do it. If you don't like running and stuff then you can just do intense bodyweight workouts. I'll ask Ian Robertson again about what more specific options might be for you.

You know... I use to hate walking/jogging, but I recently started because I hate my belly fat too!- and I really like walking. It's almost like a natural high for me.

BUT it can get kind of boring if you're on a track doing 4 miles (16 laps) over and over again, so I would bring a friend, .. or your cell phone or an ipod! lol.
Good Luck!!!

Yeah good point - it does become addicting after the first few days. Cardio just gives you that good natural high. Also, you're right about a friend or ipod. I find myself a lot less weary of how much I have left if I'm listening to some good music while I'm running.

It helps to walk and then sprint too. That's better than just running solid as far as I know. I think it's because it keeps your metabolism at it's highest, and therefore keeps your body burning more calories because it doesn't settle down and adjust like it would if you only ran or walked.

Yeah... my friend told me to alternate walking and running too, and i've tried doing that, but i think i just need a little more time to get used to it.

So far, walking has really helped me out, but i've just been so stressed with my family and school that i haven't gotten the chance to do anything!
