well, I went back to Curves today. It seems it had been 14 months since I had been there!!! eek!

I had no idea it had been that long! So I weighed in and I was only one pound more than the last time I had weighed in.
They were all telling me how great I had done for being gone for so long, and I had to fess up that I had been a bad girl...
But, had lost some weight and was back on track now. The manager asked me how and I told her about phen. She was seeing her doctor today and going to ask for it! She needs to loose about 40lbs herself.

So I will go to Curves 3-4 times a week and plan on continuing my walking on the other days.

It is all good!

Good for you..I am sure your body will remember how good it feels after a great workout...there's nothing like a good sweat...(except cheesecake...but I won't go there-hee hee) Stay Positive!

I'm a member at Curves but have only gone a handful of times. Have you found that it's a good workout for you? Everytime I went, I was the youngest person there by about 50 years!

Yay! Thats awesome girl! I go to Curves 3-4X's a week and I love it! I find that the workout is great cardio, and my heartrate stays up where it should be, but I dont see results from the Curves workout. I finally started seeing results when I added my "The Biggest Loser" workout dvd with the Curves workout. Anyway, I still love Curves and Whoo Hooo for you getting back in!

I think it is a good workout, but you need something to go along with it.
When I am on the rest station I always jog to keep my heart rate up.
I did love the new stretch station, they did not have that the last time I was there!

I am going to get a work-out in tonight, before my parent council meeting.

Good For You! I am real happy for you that you were not even a different weight than when you last went. Ha! WONDERFUL!! I used to add in running or marching in place when I felt I NEEDED A LITTLE EXTRA UMPH!
