Billy Blanks anyone?

I tried the Billy Blanks 2 weeks. It's good but I have ADT when it comes to sticking.
Henriejoe if you want the set I'd be glad to send it to you.
It might take a while to find it but I've got time to look.

I bought a one of his the other night at Wal-Mart it was a celebrity fit something or another.

Cody and I did it last night. Dang I could keep up, until he went to the speed pace, then I was totally lost!!!!
Cody did a great job of staying right with it! After about 20 minutes, I said to heck with this and put my Walk at home Dvd in! So we walked a mile with that...

I must be getting old!

It was the first time I had worked out in two weeks, I have still been having fits with my back.
Going back the Chiropractor tomorrow. I guess I am going to have to have an MRI to find out for sure what is going on...

Good Job. It's a start. After Billy I went to that Ball thing. I did it 3 weeks now this blown up ball is in my closet.
I do need to get it going.
I like it to music and when I get up I put on 60's 70's Vibration or Shag beach ( Satelite) and it gets me in a good mood and its great when I clean.

I have several of his DVDs....I have the elite bootcamp one and the ab bootcamp.... he gets me sore for sure!!!
