Is it okay to run every day instead of every other day??? I know I just ran yesterday, but I want to go again now. Will there be a problem if I don't have that break inbetween run days???

I at times have run every day...but now because of my schedule I usually run every other day or sometimes 2 days apart...but again, it has everything to do on my schedule..this week I already know I will do back to back runs..so I don't sweat it... HOwver...if you are running for a purpose (example..a marathon) you may need to look your runs in terms of distances and times and paces...you can alternate long runs with short ones...walking/jogging and sprinting with long runs...I usually listen to my body..there are days I just can't run no matter how much I want to...and there are days after a great run in the morning that I want to go back out that evening...if you are not up to longer distances thou yet, I would say alternate...you don't want to waste a workout only giving 50 effort when you could have rested a day or two and had a 100 effort run....

Good point. I ended up just doing some extra cleaning around the house. My goal is to get my 2 mile run time to around 19 minutes or faster. I know I can do it, but ugh..... I think I'm having one of those days.
On the bright side, I go get my phentermine today!
So I'm sure I will run, and I had that break day yesterday.
