Good point. I ended up just doing some extra cleaning around the house.  My goal is to get my 2 mile run time to around 19 minutes or faster. I know I can do it, but ugh..... I think I'm having one of those days.
On the bright side, I go get my phentermine today!
So I'm sure I will run, and I had that break day yesterday.
