Am I missing this, is there a section for music, ipods mp3 players?

Ian or Susan, if not can we do one as a sticky? I would love to find what others are listening to while exercising - I get really tired of the same thing.

I usually do mine in sections like this:

Warm up: 3-5 min (depends on the song)

Walking: Med tempo up beat get me moving types of songs

Jogging: High Tempo type that makes me want to run longer

Cool Down: 5-10 depends on how long I worked out

Personally I listen to all kinds of music and usually "borrow" my older children's cd's and copy the music into my ipod :P

Right now this is some of the things on my ipod nano;

be forwarned some MAY have adult/explicit content:

La Bouche
Be My Lover (Spike Mix)
Sweet Dreams (Spike Mix)

Def Leppard
Hysteria
Love Bites
Armageddon It
Let It Rock
Pour Some Sugar On Me

C+C Music Factory
Here We Go, Let's Rock & Roll
Gonna Make You Sweat

Evanescence
The Open Door Album

Keith Urban
Somebody Like You
Blue Jeans
Raining on Sunday

Bryan Adams -
Cuts Like A Knife
Summer of '69
Run To You

Run-DMC -
Walk This Way

Bon Jovi -
One Wild Night
It's my Life

Foreigner -
Woman In Black
Girl on the Moon

Monifah -
Touch It
Bad Girls Anthem

Justin Timberlake -
My Love
Sexyback

Eminem -
Shake That

Olive -
You're Not Alone (Matthew Robert's Cloud 10 Mix)

Staind -
Its Been Awhile
Afraid To Be Alone
Everything Changes

Tone-Loc -
Wild Thing
Funky Cold Medina

Rascal Flatts - Feels like Today Album, Melt Album, Me & My Gang Album

Nickelback - Silver Side Up album, All the Right Reasons Album, If Everyone Cared Album, The Long Road Album

Old School Players - Baby Got Back (my husband's fav song lol)

Chris Daughtry (American Idol) - Daughtry Album

Elliott Yamin - (American Idol) - Album

Le Click - Call me when you're down

Journey - A ton of Journey songs, who doesn't LOVE Steve Perry's voice :P

Van Halen - Jump

Real McCoy -
One More Time

Three Days Grace -
Pain
Animal I have Become
Gone Forever
Riot

Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory Album, What I've done Single,

INXS - Kick album

George Strait - 50 greatest Hits (songs vary on my mood)

That's just loaded in now, I have 10 other pages of music I switch out every so often, but I need more suggestions for high tempo upbeat type songs

Great song selection. I do a lot of club music for my workouts. Definitely gets me "in the zone".

I am currently reasonably obsessed with Counting Crows on my iPod. I listen to them whenever I work out on the treadmill or if I go for a run outside. I have about 45 mins of them on the Pod... then I shuffle. I wonder when I'll get bored?

Thanks for the new suggestions!! Ellen
