Oh my, I thought I was going to burst my side laughing at the potty one. Hey along with that when you come back up do some Keegle (?) exercises to benefit in more ways than one
Last year when we had a bday party I found a piece of icing I had missed; shame shame. I bent down to get it up and it smeared; then I got on my hands and knees and scrubbed the area and decided the rest of the floor was a mess and got a scrub brush, on my hands and knees and did the whole floor - 15 x 20 tiled kitchen. 980 calories later, I was tired & sore and my tile looked great. Now I have a floor scrubber - guess I'm getting lazy in my old age lol
Cabinets are a great way to work almost every part of your body too - clean them out, re-arrange them and the drawers also, then wash and dry using both arms so you get a good workout. To go the "extra mile" i.e. burn more calories - polish them. Do the same thing with your food pantry.
Who needs
water pills....if it's hot outside, use caution of course and drink plenty of water. Sweep, rake, trim, mow or just sit outside and get a tan

and soak up the vitamin D.
Washing your car - then waxing and cleaning the inside burns about 500 cal per hour.
Not sure I want to be too specific, sex doesn't burn alot of calories BUT it can tone arms, legs, butt and stomach muscles - which should be repeated daily - refer back to the keegle exercises. Refer to your local library or internet for specifics on "The Sex
Diet".
The one I found to help me the most lately: get on your hands/knees, raise your right arm and left leg straight out, hold for 3 sec; then lower - keep your abs firm but not crunched. Raise your left arm and right leg the same way, hold for 3 sec, lower and repeat. Tones/stregthens abs, back, butt.
