Diet Pills

Been thinking about supplementing my diet and exercise with diet pills. Which diet pill would you recommend?

That is an open ended question as there are so many out there on the market these days. If you are truly serious and have a BMI over 25% I would suggest you see your G.P and ask him about weight loss medications. The ones that really do assist you with weight loss can only be purchased through a prescription.
