Ok when I was told about this I thought yeah right but it works. It is a chair exercise you can do anywhere.
One is sit straight in your chair suck your tummy in as far as you can and hold it for about 30 sec then exhale still holding your tummy.
Second is sit on the edge of you chair (a staight chair works best) back straight and lean forward pulling your legs up ff the ground hold this for about 30 sec.
Its easy and if you do it enough it works. I do the first one alot during the day and the second one during planning and I can tell a change in my flabby belly.
